I've been running my MacBook off an Intel SSD in the main hard drive location, with a hard drive in an optibay for storage. I've had no issues. Now I took out the SSD(Temporary), and I'm running Lion on a partition of the HDD in an Optibay. Cheap Optibay from Buy.com.

I'm only like this for a few days, but i still would like to figure it outs. What is happening is when my MBP goes to sleep and I try to wake it the screen comes up but I can't do anything. The mouse moves around the screen but I can't click on anything, I can't cmd-tad or even use the power button except to force it to shut down by holding power for 10 seconds or so.

I'm thinking its maybe the optibay, unless its an issue with Lion? I have read about optibay and sleep issues, but it has all been issues with the computer not sleeping.
