HDD Upgrade on MacBook White 2.4

Hey Everyone,
i have a white macbook 2.4 with 2 GB of Ram
my current HDD is 160 GB, i was thinking of getting this one

Why would you want to get an open box?
I wouldn't want to risk something, especially when it is a hard drive.

All 2.5" drives with a maximum height of 9.5mm.
