HDD Upgrade

Hey,

I'm looking at a new HDD and was thinking, what about the sudden motion sensor? Is this in the original drive of the MacBook or is it on the mainboard and works with any HDD?

It's not in the HDD, as HDDs with its own anti-shock system caused trouble with the SMS.
