HDDVD to AppleTV?

I know this has been discussed a billion times, but searching the forum I really couldn't find an answer.

Now that Handbrake 0.93 reads in universal file formats - I figured I would give this a go.

I ripped the movie using AnyDVDHD but then I got a little lost. I have 900 files and none of them are 'large' enough to be the whole movie.

Not sure what direction to head into next.
