I have a very old TV (LG 32LE5400, circa 2010) and it only supports HDMI 1.3. No ARC (Audio Return Channel) for me, so I cannot take advantage of the new Apple TV "Play Television Audio" feature.

Is there any sort of adaptor that can help here? I would like to get my Blu-Ray player (similar vintage) to play through my Home Pod Minis.

Other than that, everything works really well. When it's enabled, LG's version of HDMI-CEC (a.k.a. SIMPLINK) allows me to turn the TV off and on with the Siri Remote, which makes me happy.
