HDMI Cable/Sound output issue

I’m currently having a HDMI sound output issue with one specific website. I connect the cable to my MBP and output comes through my TV as set up, though with one particular website (BT Sport) it refuses to play through anything but the MBP speakers or 3.5m output. In the past it worked fine with the same website.

Have gone through as many settings as I can think but haven’t been able to find a fix. Any ideas welcome.

Have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox. It’s baffling me. Thankfully I have a speaker I can plug intone 3.5m jack but would be nice to not have to.

Very weird issue for sure. I thought it may have been browser-related.
