HDMI ExpressCard34 output?

Anybody knows any HDMI ExpressCard34 output?

I've googled it without any luck, I need it to passthrough Video along with Audio, all in only one single cable, and also to get DTS-MA, Dolby TrueHD... (if available) and those signals that cannot be transmitted through an optical output jack.

According to the folks at expresscard.org, there are no expresscards that output video of any kind, never mind HD.

Frankly, why bother going through the hassle? Just pick up a DVI to HDMI cable, and a mini optical to toslink adapter. Optical won't carry the HD formats in 7.1, but it will carry them in 5.1.

Hey If you have a Mini Displayport macbook pro like me I am waiting for this adaptor, Monoprice put it on their website last month so I am thinking in about a month it will be ready:
