HDMI stopped working

HI, my Hdmi cable no longer seen by my samsung TV( has been fine for 4 years). Samsung has msg no signal which means it is aware something is connected and powered, doesn't show this msg when Intel mac not on, have checked other hdmi appliances (dream box) on Samsung TV works fine. Have changed the hdmi lead, same prob. Intel mac and hdmi leads work fine on panasonic TV.

Any ideas? Thanks, have reset PRAM and started in safe mode
