HDMI Switchers?

I've got a 2012 Mac Mini that runs a display using an HDMI - DVI cable, and I recently got a new TV. The old TV is now in my office, and I'd like to use an HDMI switcher if possible to be able to go from the display to the TV from the Mini, but I want to get one that's decent and will last over time. Or would I be better off waiting a bit and getting a new Apple TV and brining the old one back with the old tv?

I have seen many HDMI switchers on Amazon. Some switch via push buttons and some use a remote.
