HDMI to DVI adaptor that works w/2019 Mini?

Does anyone know of an adaptor that actually works to get a monitor with DVI up and running correctly with a 2018 Mini?

I've seen lots of threads of people having problems with these, but does anyone have one that works properly?

Or maybe getting a USB-C adaptor a better bet... Does anyone have one of those that's working?

There are several reviews that say this works fine, so I guess maybe I'll just get it.

What kind of DVI monitor? That USB-C cable works for single link DVI displays up to 1920x1200. A dual link DVI display requires a dual link DVI adapter (which can also work with single link DVI displays).
