So, I have this HDTV, and I have it hooked up with component video cables to my digital cable box (Motorola DCT6412 III)
Both my tv and box are set to 1080i, however, when I am watching a digital program on my cable box, either the channel has way to much blue, or the tube seams to flicker.
So experimenting, i set my cable box to 720p, and now it works fine, the picture is great, and i have no color issues.
Any thoughts on what may be the problem?
(My DVD player also hooked up with component, is fine, however i cant tell you how much i want an HDDVD player, or blue ray, or whatever happens to win that war)
Also, not really sure where this post should go... digital video maybe, but thats more for computer video stuff
