HDTV Display Mode pp35 User Manual
Thanks so much for the reply. Just one other addendum to your response. On page 35 of the Dell W3000 LCD HDTV User's Manual, it has three tables. The first table lists "PC Display Modes". They are all "VESA"--the highest resolution listed is 1280x768. The next table is TV Display Modes, and the last table is HDTV Display Modes--the highest being 1920x1080i. Would this not mean that this TV is capable of this resolution?
Our group plans on using the following method to reach that res:
[PowerMac G5]>>1394a>>[HD-ConnectLE]>>HDTV Component(Y-Pb-Pr)>>[Dell LCD]

You seem to be replying to a "nonexistent" question. At any rate, in your monitor scales 1920 x 1080 input to fit its 1280 x 768 display. It is not capable of displaying 1920 x 1080 content natively.
