I was given a Powerbook G4 by my employer, problem is it has all his wife and kids crapola on it. I want to wipe it all out and start from scratch.....problem is, they "misplaced" all/any cd/dvds that came with the dog-gone thing. Any ideas? I am new to the Mac world and will need a little more detailed direction. Thanks for your help!

Well, if it's a fairly recent PowerBook G4 (go to the Apple in the upper left, then About This Mac, and tell us the specs) then it can probably run Leopard, the newest OS.

Just get a Leopard disk, put it in, and use disk utility (from the disc) to wipe the drive and install the OS!
