Head injury for my Iphone 4s

I Own a i phone 4s (7 months Old).
In Recent days the phones is really Sick,the receiver(ear Piece) are really getting worried.

When someone calls, I can't hear them clearly, I have to use the speaker phone or head phone for conversation and this happens ever time i get a call.


1.And will this cover under warranty if reported to Apple care.
2.And seems 4s is almost stopped,So will i get replaced with a 4s or have to pay some extra for fixing my phone or will i get a new 5 Series Chicks.

1. If you bought it new from an authorize dealer, 1-year warranty apply.

2. Recently somebody says Apple gave him another Generation 1 (2007) as a warranty replacement for his original (Applecare subscriber of course), so you tell me.
