Head phones

I am looking to get some head phones for the evenings when i can't use the surround sound and subs.....;) I wouldn't mind a bluetooth set. I am looking for about $250-300 cdn. What are your guys recommendations? i want sealed head phones. But i don't care if they are noise canceling. I will be running them off a Yamaha amp.
