Headless server temperature alarm?

I run a headless Mac Mini server in a closet for Plex, Web hosting and as a Minecraft server. During the winter months in Canada when the heat is on in my house, I run into some cooling issues in the closet because the ducting runs directly below the closet. I am planning to build a stand alone fan controller with 3 80mm fans installed into a floor vent that will be mounted above the closet door to pull hot air out.

Is there an application out there that can monitor temperatures (ambient air and internal temperature) and play an alarm through the Mac Mini's speaker if the temperature gets too high?

Personal I would run the fans 24/7 as it'll do no harm. If the mini did get to hot it would throttle then shut off anyway.

There are a few monitoring apps on the Mac App Store some email you if there is an issue.
