Headphone broken off into Digital Out. Need Sound of Any Kind

So recently a headphone input broke off into my aluminum macbook digital out and I have been unable to get it out. I can deal with not having sound but now I have electronic music homework to do and I really just need to output sound in anyway.

Is there a way to disable the port to use the internal speakers?
Is there any other port I can plug external speakers into to get sound?

Any information would be extremely helpful.

I had that happen to me one time and I used an industrial vacuum cleaner hose to suck it out
