Headphone Jack lol issue

Hi, I am sorry if samebody has allready solved this kind of issue.

My problem is litttle funny. I bought absolutely new complete iPhone Jack for 2G, with all those cables, coz that sleep/wake button's cable was broken.

And ridicolous is that when I completely installed this new part and was happy coz that bloody button works I find out new issue.

When I plug in headphones to the Jack, it activates iPhone speaker, when I unplug the headphones it will activate the headphones.

I have no Idea what should I do, PLEASE help!! Seems like it could be a software error, no Idea.

Any idea will be great.
