Headphone jack not holding solid connection- must jiggle it around for sound

At first I thought my headphones were bad. But ITS THE JACK!
The headphones work fine in other computers etc, but I have to constantly jiggle it around in the macbook until I get sound, ... then i slowly move my hand away from the jack, keep my fingers crossed, and hope it will still work.

Is this a major fix costing big bucks?
