This 13" 2017 MacBook Pro non-touch bar, only has two usb-c port...is that normal? cos I've been seeing other ones from last year and this year has four usb-c ports..unless this is just for the non-touch bar model.

Is it normal? You mean you think they managed to manufacture one without the 2 other ports?
nTB has 2 ThunderBolt3 ports, TouchBar models have 4. If you look at the tech specs when buying the computer it says this, even on the summary page it says it has 2. The nTB is cheaper as it doesn't have all the internals and features of the TB model, more of a MBP-lite than simply defined by missing the TB.
