Headphone Jack Splitter

I've been searching this for a while, no luck yet, but is there any device that could split the single mic & headphone jack into two separate ports so I could use a gaming headset on my rMBP?

FYI, the audio jack on the MacBook Pro is the same as the one used on the iPhone.
