Ok gang, I need advice. This is for work, on a 27" iMac 5K.

I make calls for a living through a browser based softphone. I currently have a pair of custom molded Westone ES20 IEMs for headphones, and an Antlion ModMic5 for a noise cancelling mic. Both wired. I have a "Y" adapter that both plug into and that jack into my iMac. Works great, love it.

I would like to go wireless via Bluetooth. Is there a "best in class" bluetooth adapter that I can plug my Y-adapter into and use my IEMs and Mic over bluetooth with the lowest latency possible? I have to use these IEMs (headphones) since they are molded for my ears and have drivers designed for my hearing difficulties. Also, needs to have amazing battery life, as I work 10 hours straight daily. Not opposed to using a power pack for it if it can charge while in use.

I wish I could just use AirPods but they don't have the battery life to sustain 10 straight hours of use everyday without charging, and the mic isn't noise cancelling enough and the sound quality sucks.
