Headphone Remote not working in Beta4

For some reason with the headphone remote in beta 4 all I can do is turn the volume up and down. Can't skip songs or pause them. Anyone else experiencing this? I've reset all settings, and still same thing.

iPhone 5, fresh install of beta 4.
