Headphones don't work, help?

Right so I've tried all sort of headphone, earphones but there's barely any sounds that comes out, if it does it's bad quality and only will be the music and no vocals

so yeah, anyone know what to do?

The clue is that it only seems to be the music with no vocals, this indicates that it is the common or ground connection that is missing. If you have tried different headphones with the same result, then it points to a fault in the headphone socket, or it's connection to the pcb.
