Headphones That Fit Without Adapter for Lifeproof?

Hey guys,

Just curious if anybody knew of headphones that fit the Lifeproof cases (specifically the Fre but I believe all the iPhone cases have the same sized opening) without needing the screw-in adapter?

I know the EarPods are supposed to fit but I don't really love those and sold mine a long time ago. All of the earbuds I've tried haven't fit....

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I'm not using a LifeProof case, but was also looking for an "Apple sized" headphone plug as my case has a very small opening. I found Skull Candy headphones work well - small plug (same diameter near as I can tell to Apple), inexpensive and sound great!

Worth checking out at least. Might work for you.

He writes that his skull candy headphones don't fit without the adapter but doesn't specify exactly which ones he tried. Anyone else have any experience?

No they don't. Based on your "fact" I went and purchased the headphones. Sadly for me you were wrong. The NOCS NS600 does not fit in the iPhone 5s LifeProof case.

Sadly I've tried tons of them. Ones from the dollar stores for a buck all the more expensive ones for 60 dollars. **minus the wireless ones** I'm going to try the adapter later today and will let you know. I'm not sure how that will fit if the others didn't fit. Will let you know. Good luck.
