Headphones won't stay in. Do Apple charge to clean

Hi. The headphones always slip out of my iPhone 5c. Obviously there's a build up of dust and stuff in there but whatever I do I can't get it out. I've tried all the usual tricks but nothing. It happened before and when I took it to the Genius Bar the guy said he had to open it up to get it out. It was under warranty then but isn't now. Anyone have any idea what they'd charge?

Hard to say for sure, but it's quite possible they won't charge anything for something like that even if you are out of warranty.
