Good Information. On a sidenote, Target is absolutely becoming a huge reseller for Apple. And they price match any other In-store retailer as long as they have the item in stock.

True, but much better then the 0% off offered by Apple and Best Buy.

Another nice thing about Target, they seem to clearance items a little more aggressively then Best Buy so you may see some nice prices on open box HomePods.

I would say so. The same as Best Buy, as long as you are not a return abuser, normal rules apply at Target.
I checked my receipt and it said I had 30 days to return.
