Heads up to those going to Verizon stores

I live in a large city and I called two large Verizon stores after seeing that only "select" stores are getting the iPad 2s today. Both them them said "yes, we are getting them" and even one asked if they could reserve one for me (which I didn't trust).

It turns out that I should have asked "are you getting iPad 2's IN STOCK?" as a friend of mine called the same stores and at 5pm they plan to just order one for you there. Sure enough, I recalled the stores, asked if they will be IN STOCK and they said no, but they will order them for me at 5.

This saved me some waisted time today, and I hope it does you.

I just called my local VZW and they DO have them and the guy actually took my name to "save" me one. Hope that works!
