Okay, I'm afraid I know the answer to this question but will ask it anyway just in case I'm missing something. Is there anyway to transfer out data that you've entered into the Health app? For example, I have to check my blood sugar readings 2-3 times a day. I then record those readings into Numbers. Every three months I have to print off the Numbers spreadsheet and take it into my doctor so that he can monitor my Diabetes. I was hoping to start using the new Health app to capture this data, but I see no way to get the data out of the app. I know it would be asking to much for it to transfer it to Numbers, but if I could just get a listing of the readings I'd be happy. But I see no way to do this. Am I missing something or am I just SOL.

Thanks.

Some 3rd party HealthKit apps may have the ability to do this

You can go into "All data" and export it right from the Health app. You get a .zip attachment.

So once I get the data exported, it is in XML format. How can I view that on my Mac? Is there anyway I can import the data into Numbers?
