Health app

[Apple Mac Daz]

Was looking at the health app on my plus but noticed that the walking info is set in kilometres why here in the UK we go by miles. Looked everywhere in setting and can't find any way to configure it to show in miles

Doesn't seem like a good workaround though.

Lots of people with the same issue so hopefully a permanent solution is found

Is there no way to see the previous day's data (only the current day and week)?

Cheers guys does seem abit silly it's not configurable for different units.

I have not used any of the Health app or data. Is there a link to provide instructions on using these apps?? Any help appreciated!!
