Just like with a great finance or productivity app, I'd really like to find a great application that can keep up with the health part of my life.

I've used OmniFocus for years now and it truly is the #1 app I use on a daily basis. Within the app are projects that detail my nutrition, ranging from jotting down my weight changes, calorie intake and the like. All in all since I began focusing on my overall health, it's been beneficial, at least to me considering i've never really done Yoga or meditated on a daily basis since.

Currently, in terms with my nutrition i've been subjected to using Apple's Numbers. I love Numbers, but I'd like an actually application (plus an iPhone app to go with it wouldn't be bad either :D), seeing as every month I create a new spreadsheet with various tables consisting of how many miles i've ran and on what days, laps swam, calorie intake, etc.

I could continue to use the Numbers application, though in all honesty am not a fan of my documents not syncing from my Mac to my iPad, and of course Numbers not being available at all on my iPod Touch. Truth be told, I just want the app to be able to do it all for me, while I focus on the actual exercising and eating well part of it all. :p:apple::apple:
