Health not syncing

I've set up the Health app to pull my sleep data from my Jawbone UP app, which pulls info from my Jawbone Up24.

The only problem is that Health doesn't receive this data. At all. Can somebody help me figure this out? A Google search nor a search on here pulls up anything.
