Heart beat sensor question

before it was every 10 minute, now it doesnt check my heart beat unless i check it manually by myself.

Apple said it will check my heart beat but i cant be in motion.

Isnt it useless ? I want my apple to periodically check my hearteate automatically. Now i have to do it manually?

It should be taking it every 10 minutes when you're resting. If it's not doing that you can try a restart, a reset, or an unpair and re-pair. If none of those work, contact Apple for assistance.

ETA: BEFORE doing those, check your settings to make sure automatic HR check didn't somehow become disabled.
