I have noticed that my heart rate registers normally during regular day to day activity but reads abnormally high during exercise. So for example it can go from 50-60 to 175 within 2 minutes when I start a run. When I check this against the monitor on a treadmill it should read about 130-140. It seems to me that this problem has arisen or at least become more acute after the software update. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

This last update has seemed to make some things goofy. At least with you having a chest strap for your treadmill to check against you can relax knowing Your heart isn't going to explode.
