How accurate is the apple watch2 with latest watch os 4 heart rate monitor, my watch shows my heart rate going quite(>135) high once in a while though i don't feel anything.Did any one experience this or should i see a doctor?

1) I'm pretty sure all the series have the same HR monitor accuracy

2) In theory the Apple Watch should be quite accurate (within a few BPM) under ideal conditions

3) I occasionally notice crazy HR anomalies that I think can't be accurate. Sometimes I've noticed a particular activity that throws it off (driving and playing piano are a couple that come to mind) sometimes I don't have any correlating activity. So sometimes certain movements could cause unreliable readings (constricting the wrist, etc). Additionally, I think that it is, at least in part, due to abrasions on the glass backing (for the aluminum series). Is your watch aluminum? I was getting a lot more HR anomalies on my S0 aluminum (with visible scuffs on the glass back). When this was traded in for a refurb, almost all of these anomalies went away. So I think that's also a big factor

When I've compared HR traces between my AW2 and a Garmin with chest strap HR monitor, the AW2 was pretty much always within 1-2 BPM.

If it happens again, just check your pulse and see if the watch's report is similar.
