Hi guys
The apple watch measures heart rate every 5-10 minutes when you’re not moving as far as I am aware. But does anybody know how often measurements are taken when you walk for example? And with „walk“ I mean just „activity“ WITHOUT starting a workout on the AW. I just could not find any information about that... so is it something like every minute, every few seconds or even less frequent than with no motion?

I've never seen Apple publishing anything, but, you can go to your Health app, all health data, heart rate and then show all data - it will show you every datapoint from the watch for your heart rate ...

I don‘t have a apple watch yet, so asking just out of interest. ;) Maybe someone could share their experience?

During a workout it seems to be measuring 10-12 times per minute, but that is also dependent on the type of workout, in my case indoor cycling.
I did my usual chores a little while ago and it registered as excessive, and did heart rate measurements like less than 10 per minute, at other times, it seems quite variable, sometimes every 5-10 minutes, sometimes every minute.
As I said, never seen any document from Apple on this ...
