Does Apple Watch 5 have any improvement to cardio measurement over the Apple Watch 3?
Of course the ECG is great, but my trusty $99 Kardia Mobile will work as well.
I am looking for Apple hardware updates since 2017 that give more info.

Anyone with aFib history should immediately enable the feature to alert when an elevated heart rate has observed (By the watch) when you have been sedentary for 10 minutes (big indicator for aFib). Available on older Apple Watches as well as newer ones.
