Hello,

I have only had my heart rate monitor work once, it keeps saying "try again..."... its pretty tight on my wrist, I've tried cleaning the back and my wrist... no difference.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the AW SS 42m

Thanks

Move the watch a bit higher on your wrist.

It has to be snug enough just so it doesn't move around and the sensors can work, but not so tight that it constricts your blood flow.

Try that first, make it looser, and wear it where you prefer it.

If that doesn't give you good results, move it up your arm a bit. It should not be all the way down to the hand.

If it still doesn't work, reboot the Watch.

I tend to wear mine lower on my wrist but when I excersize I move it up as it seems to come back with more accurate results.

Ahh..

Thanks guys, I had to reboot the watch. Now I see the green light... I didn't see that before. Now it's working.

In case anyone else is having this issue, just reboot it!

Thanks!
Jeff.
