Heart rate taptic

I read something that said you can get the taptic engine to mirror your heartbeat by pressing screen with 2 fingers. Where are you meant to do this to get it to work? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks

Click the friends button on the side of the watch, tap on a friend, and when you have the black screen where you can draw a sketch, hold down two fingers and wait for the magic.

Note - when you choose a friend they also need to have an Apple watch for it to work.
