Apple Watch detected a heart rate that rose above 120 BPM while you appeared to be inactive during the 10-minute period beginning at 4:57am.

I was sleeping. Do you get these messages also?

I don't. Check to see the HR just before and after the spike. If it's around half, then it's probably just a bad reading.

Or perhaps you were having a bad dream ... or a good one.
