Every time I stop on the heartbeat screen on glances it tells me it last checked my heartbeat five minutes ago or so. To conserve battery does removing this from glances disable the behavior and can you access it from the watch if it is disabled in glances?

I don't believe this would have any effect on the battery life as your watch checks your pulse every 10 minutes from what I've read.
The glance would only be showing the heart beat from the last time it read it.
