Apps Heartwatch complication not refreshing

Hi,
generally heartwatch complication on AW4 was always sync with heart rate measured by apple app.
but sine yesterday i think it’s not sync.. it manually does it when i open it. i don’t think it has anything to do with app refresh in backgound because apps on watch face are supposed to refresh in any case.

maybe it’s watch os 5.1 issue. anyone facing a similar problem? thanks

i also have with Cardiogram... maybe it’s a problem that affects several heart apps with w os 5.1...

I think it’s The policy of The app’s complication, They refresh After several minutes ‍
