iPhone 11 Pro Heat issues (?) with light usage just under the camera

Hello everybody i have been having problems with heating under the camera is just in that place with light usage like insta or wpp (like 10 minutes) its happen intermitenly with no reason apparently.I sent to apple to reppair/diagnostic becouse apple support online recomended me to do that but they told me that everything is ok with their test wich means that they couldnt reproduce the issue, ¿is this normal? any with this heat issue?
Btw sorry if my english isnt the best im from spain and im trying to improve it.

That is quite odd for light usage. What are your battery stats showing?

Its what i told them but apple says is normal because temperature warning didnt appear, im on 96% of battery health and battery perfomance is normal and i'm using an original silicone case from apple
