just bought iPhone 8 and restored my iCloud backup onto it from my old 6. An app I use says it cannot record into Heath app and I need to go to iPhone settings /privacy and let this app have permission. Ok but that app in settings/privacy/health is listed but has an empty page inside with no toggle button to allow! Nothing at all I can do on that page!
