HEIF max will let you use photographic styles and is much smaller. ProRAW allows for a ton more editing, no styles, more detail and wiggle room with adjustment. The latter is significantly larger with file size.

both give you the full resolution of each lens (48mp for wide and UW. 12mp for telephoto)
