This comes up every five minutes , its driving me mad. Even with everything closed. Have restarted.

Might have an installer trying automatically and unsuccessfully to run.

Did you try to install anything before this started? Possible it could be malware/adware installer too.

You might try opening Console to check logs for more info. Activity Monitor could have clues as to running applications and related things. Both in Applications/Utilities folder.
