Hello and mem 1400

New boy here i have been given a powerbook 1400cs and would like to up the memory to 64mb to install OS9 can any one help please curantly got 16mb in.

Well, what exactly is your problem?
Everything that need to be known about Macs and RAM.

And for the correct RAM, have a look at Apple's Support Site.

But I guess you get a G3 iBook/PowerBook for less of what the memory update for your 1400cs would cost - if you even find one.

Thanks for the quick reply when i try to install OS9 it says i need at least 32mb ram but like you say i could poberbly get a G3 for the same money as the memory
