I was installing wild blood on an iphone 4 with ios 6 and then I restored to ios 5 WHILE the game was installing, then on ios 5 I got 2.3 other memory but the iphone was empty,I know there's a folder nameed "ApplicationArchives" but I can't find it,it's like the folder doesen't exist.please reply fast.

Restore your device again, if the large amount is still there, set it up as a new device, if it is still there then it's normal.

I know I'm right. Download/locate the iPhone 4 5.1.1 IPSW, go into iTunes, hold down shift/option click on the Restore button, select the correct IPSW, and restore.

I am starting to freak out, while I am on ios 5,there is 1.6 gb other memory because my iphone keeps downloading the ios 6 while I am on wifi, this is just wrong.

That's normal. You cannot stop it from downloading the OTA update unless you're jailbroken.

But what if I use wifi while cydia is preparing the systemfiles ?

Nothing bad will happen. Cydia doesn't touch the download directory where the OTA update is stored.
