help! a process called qtkitserver is freezing my youtube videos

it only happens whenever i watch a youtube video. the video barely ever loads properly and i can only hear audio sometimes. when i checked my processes via iStat Pro, it says that a process called qtkitserver hogs up everything and i have no idea how to fix it. i updated my flash player but it didn't really make a difference. please help

For Flash issues:

• Find your Flash version and make sure it's the latest version available.
• Install ClickToFlash (Safari), Flashblock (Firefox) or FlashBlock (Chrome) to control which Flash content plays on websites.
• Use the YouTube HTML5 Video Player to watch YouTube videos, when available. (May impact fullscreen viewing. See link for details.)

ahhh i think you helped me find my solution! i was not aware that i was under the youtube html5 trial (was never notified in entering one, because it did happen suddenly). i got myself off of it and qtkitserver doesn't fire up anymore and my youtube videos are loading just fine now. thank you so much!
