I accidentally deleted the "Pictures" folder under Home beyond the Trash bin. iPhoto is now screwed up because its library was in that folder. I tried using FileSalvage to locate it, but it didn't find the folder nor the .xml, .data, .iphoto, etc... files necessary to rebuild the iPhoto library. How do I get that "Pictures" folder back? Is there anyway at all? If not, how do I make a new one complete with the default icon that shows up on the left side of Finder?

Making a new one is as simple as creating a new folder in your Home called Pictures. Mac OS X will automagically apply the icon for you.
